Was crap!! Do BA think no one has actually experienced their cabin crew either on a flight or pissed in a bar?!

Making out that they are an elite group of people. Pfffft.

I was thinking the same! Somebody, somewhere in BA must subscribe to the theory that all publicity is good publicity...

I had a v strange experience with BA - fly to Germany quite often with work, but still have not quite managed to amass enough club points to be able to use the lounge. They were obviously trying out some new customer service idea, as one of the cabin crew came to me about 10 mins after boarding, and said quite loudly "Mrs Framboisier?" I immediately panicked, thinking they had some kind of urgent message from DH re the kids... No. They just wanted to welcome me as a 'special customer' and wish me a nice flight. It was quite embarrassing. Just let me have half an hour in the sodding lounge!!

I watched the first 20 mins then turned over to Crimewatch. Utter utter bilge.

Have yet to watch the programme, but the thing I hate most about BA is that attitude of being so superior that you mention, OP - like you really should be grateful to be in their presence!
