That kid is the perfect example of what happens when someone gets fawned over, surrounded by sycophants and has people screaming their name all the time.
They turn into a gigantic arsehole with a god complex.
He is what celebrity worshiping faint at the sight of them yes to everything bow down before him people have made him.
It would take a far more mature and grounded person than what was he -12? when he started getting the screaming fan treatment? to remain in this reality. Bloody hell, look at the number of supposed mature people who get a bit of fame and turn into monumental wankers.
My guess is that he'll completely implode, piss half his money up a wall and smoke the other half and in a few years, he'll be forgotten. One day you'll stop at mcdonalds and some sad looking bloke will ask you if you want fries with that and you'll give him a double glance, wondering if perhaps you went to school together cos you're sure you know him from somewhere. You just can't think who the hell he is.
