Disabled buggy's on buses

Hey I posted here not long ago some of you may remember but this is an update about the situation.
Spoke to our local bus company stagecoach and they have told me that as my ds is getting a special needs Buggy in a few weeks that he will be entitled to a buggy bus pass which gives him the same right as a wheelchair user on their busses.
This isn't widely known as it's a new pass they have made and only 2 people in Scotland have these passes so I wanted to let anyone else who may be in our situation know its available.

Oh that's great news! Hopefully more bus companies will follow suit.

Brilliant!

That is interesting, I have emailed them 3 times ( couldn't get through on the phone) querying whether my ds's sn buggy would have the same rights as a wheelchair on their buses ( as this doesn't seem to be the case from their guidelines) and they haven't replied to any of my emails. I'll try again and ask about a buggy pass.

I went into the local one and they told me to phone our stations head office which is in Ayrshire and they told me all I need is him In his buggy so they can take a photo to make the pass x
