To think the School overreacted in Expelling Pupil and calling Police for a stunt,when a "bollocking would have been enough".

Jacob Dowdle, a year 13 Pupil at Altrincham Grammar school on the last day of term May 16, put a paper plate with whipped cream in to his year heads face.

This was a very "Stupid" thing to do, but no harm was meant or injury caused yet the school called the Police and summary expelled him. The teacher was seeking a prosecution for the stunt, when she was not injured The teacher although upset , should have had the grace to except that it was a poor stunt , ( or like most teachers on the last day taken it on the chin as overexcited students behaviour).

Just looked at his petition and the tide does indeed seem to be turning. For every "Ha Ha what a Wizard Wheeze" are lots of replies challenging his actions.

I was going to say 'whoever it is who has twins is really pretty', but, being a bright spark I've figured out who has twins so now I can't say it because that would be saying it in particular rather than in general and I've gone all shy Blush

I do wonder how these people that don't think it's an assault/serious reconcile the pie assault on Rupert Murdoch. It's the same bloody thing, and that was taken very seriously and the guy in question was given a custodial sentence. Ok it was in a parliamentary committee, but that is an aggravating factor, so makes the sentence longer, not changes the nature of the crime.
