only to find that one of the top stories featured is about a dog with a tumour in his leg. And it doesn't end well either.

Why do they have to ruin it? I can't bear to watch it. I just want a feel-good, nice programme about animals to watch.

I know it's life. I know I know. But I just needed perking up and they've bloody ruined it.

I am completely serious btw!

It wasn't too bad by the end, and the tights debacle was funny!

Just watched a repeat of Paul O'Grady For the love of dogs. Always brings a tear to the eye cos it''s always so lovely. But it sound as if that would have been more what you were looking for Captain.

Yabu - Noel is a gorgeous man (in more ways than one). He is so caring and passionate about his cause - amazing way with people.

(Feels a change to user name coming on - sorry Patrick - it's Mrs Noel from now on)

No, MrsPatrick, don't get rid of McSteamy!

Mrs FitzPatrick Dempsey. You're welcome.

He is McDreamy actually! Sloan was McSteamy! Maybe I'll be Mrs Dempsey-FitzPatrick!
