to take my kids to minecon and not disney?

my DDs love minecraft love stampy balistic sqiud and amylee33. so as a short break at some point this year thinking Disney Paris or Minecon. don't know where Minecon will be but Europe -got to love Americans who think its one country- so Aibu to take them to Minecon and not Disney?

Never heard of it before but my 2 would LOVE it!

its coming to Europe!! where the fuck it'll be don't know but if you Google it. it seems very child friendly. and Stampy and Ballistic Squid will be there!! hero worship with nice guys.

Good god, no! Please don't let it be in Europe, and please let all advertising bypass my dc. I know what they would choose between Disney and Minecon! I don't want to go to either

You might have to find some ways to break up the intense minecraftiness of it but it would be fun.

In 2012 it was held IN Disneyland Paris.

Maybe 'Europe' will mean this again and you can do both...

We went in 2012. It was at Disneyland Paris!

DD and I went into Paris for lunch and shopping days.

None of us went into Disneyland itself.

I'm taking my dd to comic con this May at Excel. She got her Pikachu costume today .
She would love Minecon though.

I loved Disney and the Star Trek conventions my parents took me to equally as a child.

Minecon without a doubt. Eurodisney was hellish and we all still have nightmares about the hundreds of chucky dolls in the Small World 'ride'.
