(I know there are good ones out there, but we hear the same phrases again and again from the bad ones...)

I'll go first.

I have taken 2 days off during half term (the next week) so I'll have the DC. The assumption that he will have them when he feels like it without any consultation drives me insane.

Oh yes. And 'I'll have them on these inconvenient days each week, but I'm looking for another job so I'll change it then'

How he expects me to sort my own work around his I don't know, but I still work, and claim tax credits, so now he is trying to get people all frothed up that I'm benefit frauding... (I'd love to eavesdrop on his phonecall to 'report' me... 'Shes working!' 'Yes, we know...')

On, and mine does the moaning about supporting my lifestyle... But doesn't actually pay anything!

How about 'playing happy families'?

Has anyone else had 'trading off my family name' for still having the same surname?

(Said name is probably one of the most common in the UK)

You cannot babysit your own children! That is called being a parent!
