Bought a tablet which had a problem, sent it back and was repaired and sent back to us, only it seems they hadn't connected something back up properly and now it won't change..hence needs to go back again. Waited in last week for parcel to be collected as they said it would be, it wasn't....told it would be tue..spoke to 2 customer service people who said would be collected tues...wasn't collected, but will be today...err I told them yesterday I wasn't in today..oh we can collect Friday...I said I can only do morning..no we cannot say morning or afternoon it has to be all day. AIBU to want to inconvience myself for only the morning when I have been let down so many times previously.
