Totally depends on who you've posted it to and who could potentially see it. If it's just posted so only a few close friends can see it then I think its fine. Certainly wouldn't be posting it if there is any chance MIL might read it though as very hurtful to her.

No one can judge if it is horrible or not, because we have no idea what the relationship is like.

The poster is perfectly within her rights to say whatever she likes in her own space, she knows her audience.
