....withhold the actual details of the topic from the subject line!!

Why? I assume it's not done specifically to irritate me, so what's it for? To tantalise? To lure me into a thread I wouldn't otherwise click on? (Hint: I can just as easily click out again.) How do I know if I have anything useful to say, if you don't provide a clue as to what the question is? Does anyone else get irrationally worked up by this?!
