I am expecting a delivery, didn't get a call to say it was coming today but thought/hoped it would come (checked the tracking thing). I was here all morning then left at 1.20 to get DS1 from school, got back at 2 to find they had tried to deliver at 1.24.
Rang to see if still in the area, eventually got a call back at 3 to say it can't be redelivered until tomorrow, no idea what time, no way to give me any idea what time. WTF? Is this not the most bloody MADDENING "service" ever.

I have now asked for it to be sent to DH's work as someone at reception could sign for it but I just wanted to say what a useless bunch of unhelpful tossers they are. I don't care if IABU. . Stop waiting round the corner for me to go out. Start calling ahead to check if people are home. In short, do your bloody job properly.

I am expecting a delivery as well, no idea who is delivering it, or when either, it just said you may receive your product in 6 - 8 weeks, make sure someone is here to sign for it. Hmm I shan't leave the house then, just in case, it's madness.

It is so maddening. I really felt like they had waited round the corner for me to go out just to piss me off. Am aware that is paranoid/irrational but they are clowns.

I bet you are actually right though, that's the freaky thing Grin

What you need, is a booby trap. They step within 2ft of the front door and a giant net scoops 'em up and keeps 'em there until you get back to receive your delivery before they are released...
