To ask DH to pay me instead of the cleaner?

DH has agreed to pay a cleaner £25 per week.

The cleaner came today (agency cleaner), smelling like cigarettes, broke a fridge compartment and the place looks not too different to how it was before it, and smells of fags!

Should I just ask DH to pay me instead and then I can treat myself to wagamama and cupcakes every week?
