I have penguin ads too. They sneak up and take me by surprise, but they make me smile :)

When you visit websites they often attach cookies
To stop ads etc following you, clear your cookies from your browser
Its free and simple.
I clear cookies and cache several times a day

Penguins? What have i missed

I want penguins, please post some links, my cookies are giving me hideous dress ads.

Penguins would be much much better.

I missed the original thread & only just came across them - I kind of want a parking problem so I can have a penguin bollard of my own.

you can set a lot of third party (advertising spy) cookies off using

it lists a lot, and you can choose to set all, some or none on or off. You may need to leave google on as they accumulate so much data about you from so many apps which might not work otherwise. google does have its own privacy policy which is deliberately designed to be difficult to understand and to use.
