To suggest the Jehova's Witnesses that came to my door visit my ex?

Ok, in my defence:

  1. they asked if I knew anyone that could do with hearing an 'uplifting message' and

  2. He has been known to invite them in and have long conversations with them about life, and quite enjoys the chat/challenge

(but when they asked who he was and I said 'my ex', they gave me a look that suggested I was doing it for all the wrong reasons... and they may well have a point if I'm honest.....)

They really asked that? Cripes.

I don't find their message very uplifting. I've received blood, so I'd be condemned I think.

Hah, if he likes the chat, YWNBU.

Yeah, they said that - they also asked if I wanted any help with housework or decorating... I wish I'd have been quicker to realise that I could have said yes - then told them what to do and headed out for the day.....
