He seems to be universally disliked by people with all shades of political opinion. Always thought both he and Cherie were awful (how can a barrister be so stupid). I've probably done a lot of daft things in my life but I was never daft enough to vote for Blair. I can remember DH and I agreeing that the man oozed insincerity from every pore. I am at a loss to to understand how anyone could ever have trusted him when his insincerity was so transparent.

I can't think of anything bad enough for Blair. Like a poster upthread I wish I believed in hell. The thought of him rotting there for eternity would be a bit of comfort.

The small crumb of satisfaction I have is that he's considered toxic in the UK - so there's no campaigning with the Labour Party or turning up like a bad penny every time they needed help with an election.
