mutilating yourself and sending bits of yourself to someone you feel wronged by is not normal behaviour. I don't think anyone is wound up so much as really rather taken aback.

I also don't think chavveling bits out of yourself and posting it to someone is likely to make them think gosh, clearly I made a huge error of judgement leaving this person because they're totally fine in all ways. It's just going to make them think perhaps they really should go to alaska after all.

Yes she could, that would be the sensible option. However, I think that we can safely assume that any woman who thought that having "horns" implanted into her head is not going to pick the sensible option.

I think having a tattoo saying that you are someone's 'bitch' is very sad.

And surely sending bits of yourself in the post is pathological.

But wait. Did she post it to Alaska? And if so, who opened the parcel?

Given that she had a tattoo as his "bitch" (I agree, a whole other issue there) she invested far more into this than he did.

Hopefully this has taught her that a tattoo is for life, when a relationship may not be.
