Yes yabu to ask, have an actual conversation with your DH and explain how you feel.

What reasons does your DH give for not being keen? Is it financial, practical, just the fact that he feels that your family is complete?

I don't think you are being unreasonable for wanting another one, but I do think you both need to 100% be on board.
