Wanting to get back to work after a considerable time away due to physical ill health. Used to teach in a FE College (health care courses) and was good at it.
I've just found out that its to be group interview with a group assessment task - the whole thing lasts 2 hours.
They want a number of people to teach a new course (health related) that they've got the contract to deliver. I know I could deliver the course and I'm well qualified etc but I've just gone to pieces thinking about this group interview/assessment. I'm imagining everyone else will be confident and outgoing and I'll just sit there saying nothing and feeling a fool, yet I know I can teach!
AIBU to think I'm going to make a fool of myself?
