to wonder about the accent in the Little Human Planet theme song?

I like it hurray for regional accents on the BBC but I can't place it at all! I keep thinking north east, but I'm sure I'm wrong.

Wow, that was quick! Thanks. Clearly my geography is as bad as my boss's, who today assured me that Norwich = North East because it is north east from here. Which, yes, it is, but it's not in the NE!
