For the past month I've been going on most days to a class at the local gym - aerobics, bums and tums etc and I'm loving it - feel really alive and have lots more energy.
However on about three occasions I've had to go and sit down after about half an hour as I've felt perculiar, as though I'm about to faint. One time my hearing went strange as though my ears needed to pop. After a sit down for 5 minutes or so, I'm fine and continue.
I'm not overweight, fairly fit, not pregnant, don't smoke and make sure I eat an hour or so before the class (sandwich, pasta, cereal etc) but my friend says I'm showing symptoms of someone who might drop down dead at any time
She's a bundle of joy
AIBU to just ignore her, or is there cause for concern?
