its no surprise. does anyone read ingredients anymore? just because it says 100% chicken on the box does in its arse mean that? it probably means that per 500gr that 37% is real chicken and the rest is pumped full of shit I can't pronounce. I am surprised if anyone is fooled by this these days.

better to be outraged and demand action imo
look at the cuts to environ health and food inspectors recently - lets reverse that for a start

DH once told me off for reading the ingredients on his tin of hot dogs as he didn't really want to think about what "mechanically separated chicken" meant.
