YODEL!!

Despite being in today and Friday, cards have been left for deliveries. They can't have even knocked. Surely the dogs or I would have heard them?

This happens everytime I have anything delivered by them.

Aaahhhh!!!Angry

I've complained to Yodel and the company I ordered from.

Yanbu. Shower of cunts. Happens to me everytime too.

I don't shop with companies who use them now.

Thank you Bobafetacheese I'm certainly going to evade companies that use Yodel from now on. The service is absolutely appalling!!

YANBU they are arseholes if the highest order.

They were supposed to pick an item up from our house and despite instructions (as requested on the pickup form) to pick it up from outside the front door and it would be wrapped in a JL bag with yodel written on it, they couldn't manage to do it. 5 times.

I hope to god they fold in a spectacular fashion and the ceo's get pubic lice.

Just tracked an Amazon parcel and my heart sank to see it's with Yodel. It arrived in my city first thing this morning but won't be with me for another 'estimated three days due to delay'. My Amazon parcels have only ever come via Royal Mail, I try to avoid Yodel. Angry

I wish companies could disclose which courier they use so we could avoid.

My heart sank when I got an email stating yodel delivery but for now my goods are safe cos yodel have not even bothered to pick them up yet.

I had them come today trying to collect a parcel... I know exactly what they want and I do have it but it was not ready to go as I had not been told they where coming.. Sent then packing with their little sticker

Took to twitter. Contacted to say it would be sorted. As I'm 38 weeks pregnant I had a hospital appt yesterday,so contacted Yodel to rearrange delivery for today. Yesterday I got a tweet from Yodel to say "good news your parcel is out for delivery ". How is that good news?

Fortunately, I was back from the hospital when it arrived. I had to ask the driver if he would be so kind as to lift it inside the fronthe door as it was very heavy and I shouldn't be lifting anything that heavy!!

Yodel, you excel yourselves yet again (no sarcasm there) I will be avoiding Yodel at all cost from now on!!

Last week we had a card thru the door from YODEL - wasn't at home so fair enough. Tried the website to say I would fetch from their depot - couldn't make it work - starting to look a pain. Next day working in my shed (everyone should have one) and the YODEL driver came round into the back garden to find me rather than put another card thru the door. Wonderful. Even asked where he could leave parcels in future if I wasn't home.

So they ain't all bad..........
