as you note, that's what saynoto0870 is for! (although on my tariff, 0870 and 0845 are free, but 0871 does indeed cost)

Of course it's not illegal.

But if you want someone's business, asking them to pay to phone you is not good business.

Do you think it's bad for their business, or do you think they should not as if there is some moral objection?
