Can you go to A&E? If you feel a risk to yourself call NHSDirect or go to A&E for a mh assesment. Do you have a CPN or crisis team you can call? I'm sorry things are not going well for you atm, and I am glad your DH sounds supportive. I have a history of servere mh problems, and i know it is so scary to feel a danger to yourself.

Could dh lock up your medications? Does he know how unwell you are?
take care, thinking of you. please seek help if you feel in danger.

Judith please keep asking for help you recognise what is happening to yourself and that you need help please keep trying and ask your dh to push for you as well if you are not able to be forceful enough. Good luck and take care of yourself.

Walk into your GPs/A&E etc tell them/show them your post then sit and refuse to move until someone sees you. This is what I did and it saved my life. Yes, I'm sure it was a massive pain in the bum to the receptions etc but I needed help. You are worthy of proper care and treatment and it sounds like a big part of you is actually very strong and knows there is a future. PLEASE make that move xxxx

Do you have a health visitor or midwife? They should be able to help bump you up priority list. Or is there a mental health team at your local hospital? When I has issues was given numbers for 24 hour team at local hospital & a daytime drop in centre. Failing that A&E or a walk in centre should get you a referral. Good luck op
