To think seeing someone cut themself

On 999: what's for emergency is a bit much. They mentioned before the show started after the break that there would be some self harm, but I thought they'd only show the cuts scanned over, not him actually doing it

I found it incredibly difficult to watch as well.
Really felt for that chap.

I had to turn it over I got sweaty palms and felt nauseas. I'm 31 weeks pg too so maybe I'm a bit more sensitive to things like that at the moment too

It's no worse than any of the million and one other horrible things they show on the telly.
