Nobody truly knows what another feels or has to deal with. Some people my boss are so good at deprioritising others problems, some people my boss have seen, felt, known etc.bigger issues.

Ignore people like that...wish I could take my own advice!

I just find it so belittling. As though only REALLY stressful things happen to other people but not you.

It is belittling but it comes from a belittled mind if that makes sense, they dont have the breadth of imagination or vision to understand anything really, ignore if you can.

YANBU. Just because someone keeps their feelings or situation to themselves, it doesn't mean they don't have any problems at all. People who "spill all" don't seem to realise not everyone else does this.

YANBU, this really pisses me off too, we are fortunate in many ways but no one knows DH has severe depression and moderate anxiety in RL. It annoys me as I don't think people should make assumptions like this about others.
