Nice evening out in manchester on friday night. Then a very nervous saturday afternoon trying to cheer our lads on and stop man city. Averaging 4 a game.!!!

YABVVVVVVVVVVVU

Football is incredibly utter shite. Prays World Cup isn't hiring Wimbledon and that England lose every match.

Starballbunny · 15/01/2014 21:51

During.

Seriously, DD2 dragged me to watch the women's football at the Olympics, I almost fell asleep.

Givemeabiscuit · 15/01/2014 22:01

That's because women's football is boring

Givemeabiscuit · 15/01/2014 22:03

Sorry you are wrong football is a very passionate sport aswell as very entertaining and it's better then the likes of the X Factor and dancing on ice and so on so on.

Fleta · 15/01/2014 22:03

Christ.

Women's football isn't boring.

Football isn't shite.

But YANU to enjoy watching. I adore most sports and really enjoy tournaments

WorraLiberty · 15/01/2014 22:03

I struggle to watch a full game of women's football because the pace is so much slower.

Having said that, I've mostly enjoyed what I've seen...but it's just not as good as men's footie.

Givemeabiscuit · 15/01/2014 22:06

I am disappointed about tonight's results with city destroying my beloved Rovers

ilovesooty · 15/01/2014 22:06

Love football. I wish there was more of it on mainstream TV.

Starballbunny · 15/01/2014 23:14

All football is boring. It wasn't that it was women's football, I only ever last 5minutes of men's matches on
TV too.

90minutes of tedium to end 0:0 or 1 (fuck I blinked and missed it):0

I guess the problem is, I used to spend hours playing tennis, and although I wasn't very good. I know enough to really appreciate it.
