I'm having a really, really difficult day Sad

Am seriously sleep deprived, am on day 5 of quitting smoking, had a bit of a stressful Christmas period due to family issues, probably have PMT, am skint and have a 2 yo DD who I care for on my own.

Have been alternating between crying and ranting and raving today.

Not happy Sad

I need a hug!

It will get better - if nothing else the PMT will clear eventually

((Hug))

Be kind to yourself today.

theeverydaydancer · 07/01/2014 14:30

Thank you Chaz Smile Have decided I'm going to chill out for the rest of the day (forget about housework...).

Sounds like a great plan.

BettyMacdonald · 07/01/2014 14:38

Every time I try and do a sort of hug picture it ends up looking like a fanjo. Oh well. Here's a big fanjo hug to you, dancer, I hope you feel better soon ({})

fluffyraggies · 07/01/2014 14:39

((hug)) sent from me :)

Just remember OP, 'all this too, shall pass'

x

SaggyOldClothCatPuss · 07/01/2014 15:18

Of course you may have a hug.
I must warn you though, I have a stinking cold and I've been in contact with ringworm. Confused Hmm Grin

Scribblegirl · 07/01/2014 17:40

You're doing amazingly with the no smoking
Think of the money you'll save
Treat yourself to posh coffee or hot chocolate or wine whatever you're fav is as a treat for the weekend :)

SecretWitch · 07/01/2014 18:15

Have a huge hug from me! Well done for the skimming thing! Xx

SecretWitch · 07/01/2014 18:16

Ohh for FFS...skimming = smoking!

AlwaysDancing1234 · 07/01/2014 18:20

Sending a hug and Thanks. Well done for giving up the fags, don't give up on it, it's definitely worth it in the long run and will do wonders for your bank balance too. Hope you feel better soon

ProfPlumSpeaking · 07/01/2014 18:23

Have a big hug from me. How lovely that you have a 2yo to care for. Enjoy every moment. Quitting smoking is the best present you could give your DD, and also the best way to stop being so skint :-) Can you put aside the money you would have spent on cigarettes in a special place and then treat yourselves in a month's time with all your savings?

whitesugar · 08/01/2014 01:26

Have a hug from me! Its not easy being on your own with a baby. Be gentle with yourself, you have a lot on your plate but you will cope. This is a tricky time of the year but spring is around the corner. Good luck with the ciggies, you are doing the right thing. Get some sleep when the little one sleeps.

CheshireDing · 08/01/2014 03:17

YANBU have a hug and Cake. I have a 2 year old and a 6 week old an have felt very ranty today and then very guilty for being so :(

The fact thAt you have given up smoking too is fab and probably enough to send anyone tangy Grin
