to think an email alert for a "insert job of choice" should only give you those jobs?

Rapido - you have 6 new jobs which fit your criteria. Click here to read them.

Of which 5 are sponsored jobs about working out of home doing Kleeneze and stuff like that. 1 is an actual job that fits my criteria.

AIBU to think the email should have said we've found 1 job and want to show you 5 more totally unrelated ones.

Grin Yes, I agree with you.

I do with that agencies would just email you by saying you need to re-register and not get your hopes thinking they are considering you for an actual job that doesn't exist

YANBU. I hate it as well that on the government job search site, most of the jobs listed for my area are 'Avon Representative'. Then they say, look X jobs have been added this week!

or zero contract hours which are no use to anyone who has a mortgage to pay.

CrohnicallySick · 05/01/2014 10:52

Oh yes. It would also be nice if the jobs were in the geographical region you had specified. I keep getting text alerts for jobs that aren't even in the same country! (And I'm several hours' drive away from the border)

I used to make good money from Avon. Why should the employer take all the risk? You get paid what you're worth in those opportunities.

Universal job match lists zero hour contracts and you will be sanctioned if you refuse to apply for jobs suggested by your advisor.
