To just want to wish you all a Happy New Year?

When I logged in last night everything seemed fine. Today it seems something has happened and there's a big squabble going on. I think my last post was deleted as I remember writing a thank you note and toasting to a few posters on MN before logging off.

So for the sake of anyone else who, like me, has no idea what has been going on. I just wanted to say happy 2014 and hope it's better than 2013.

I kinda know what's going on and it's 6 of one, a dozen of the other. Is it patronising to say I think some of us are a little over tired

Oh well, even though I didn't have wine in the end (we had a non alcohol toast) I must have fallen asleep before it all kicked off. Thanks for replies as I just realised this is probably my first post.

Now if we could just fix the weather, it'll all be well.
