Has anyone ever successfully got in touch with them? We got a frying pan for a wedding present 4 years ago and the non stick is peeling off. I have emailed 5 times and never heard anything back.

We did and they were brilliant. Related to a corkscrew I bought DH and instead of asking us to send it for repair just sent a brand new one.

We took our casserole dish back as the glaze was coming off; they gave us a new one then and there. We have a branch locally though, I've never tried customer services...

We contacted them to ask if we could buy a new whistle for our kettle. We told them it was a charity shop buy, but one arrived in the post a few days later - free.

I've contacted them in the past and they told me that they don't reglaze pans. Was never offered a new one. Guess I was unlucky.

To be fair, we'd only had ours about a fortnight. It was a birthday present to me from DH, and he'd kept the receipt in case I didn't like the colour, so they couldn't really quibble that one.

Please say there's a reasonable gap between your 5 emails OP? I've seen people emailing cist

ZillionChocolate · 29/12/2013 10:02

...customer services expecting a reply within 30 minutes on Boxing Day!

Clearly email isn't working. Maybe ring them? Ring a shop if there's no head office number.

They're local to me and I believe closed over the Christmas/NY period. I'd try phoning in the New Year.
