Packing

Rationally, I know that packing is not a big deal really. But still it makes me feel utterly depressed and miserable - why? Aibu and alone in this?

YANBU ... I don't like it either. But if you never pack, you will never go away, & it's good to go away, now & then, even if it feels like too much effort beforehand. (It's an effort but it builds memories.)

Do you have a packing list? I have one saved on my computer that I print each time we go away. There is a page for each family member and (in theory) they pack their own things which makes things easier for me. It didn't take long to type up originally and saves me having to think about what to take each time (although always amend slightly depending on destination).

I still hate packing though, so you YANBU.
