Have you had to make catalogues and packets yet ! Tweezers come in handy

Retropear · 26/12/2013 16:39

Just done the bottle of bear honey with microscopic label.Has to be the fiddliest item ever even for SF.

Never thought of tweezers.

You'd think given the cost of these sets they'd come pre- stickered.Confused

All of DD's Sylvanian furniture/ stuff is glued down/ together! Tinsy tiny objects too small to pick up!

HoHoHopelessAtNamingBabies · 26/12/2013 17:12

Yep. My Dad bought this for DD as a gift a few months ago. My Mum and DSis spent hours sticking!

blueberryboybait · 26/12/2013 17:14

Ours are all label-less. I have already built a playmobil dinosaur scene, a stable block, 3 more horsey bits and 2 more dino sets. The bleeding Sylvanians can guess what they are eating.

Lol, my DD is Sylvanian family mad. I spent over two hours this morning doing the exact same thing! I've still got the seaside restaurant and the toy shop to assemble! Just couldn't face it after doing the village store. You have my sympathies!

And I get a bonus point for thinking on my feet too. My Ils told me I was being mean not stickering it all, I said it was to encourage free thinking play! No labels mean no restrictions on what the expensive little critters can eat!

Perspective21 · 26/12/2013 17:25

Goodness me, my DDs are both big girls now but still have masses of Sylvanian stuff in their rooms and I've never stickered a single item, they always did it themselves. I think the oldest was about 5 when they started collecting and they always did a good job with their tiny fingers.
By the way, it will last you years, mine have certainly outgrown it but can't bear to part with it all, neither can I really!
