I had asked her a few days ago if she could have DC's so I could get last bits. She said only day she could was Xmas Eve early in morning not very long etc , I'm pretty sure I said "Ok nevermind then" we went the other day instead, someone else had kids.
I get a phonecall this morning apparently she's been waiting all morning for us rang us half a dozen times, home phone is broke, but even so between mine and DH there are are only 2 calls , my phone was charging so I can understand the frustration.
I was handed the phone by DH as she was screaming down the phone and I was a bit confused, I'm positive I said Nm but yeah, Didn't get to say sorry had to hang up cuz' she wouldn't stop screaming.

Pfft , pissed off now , she has a way of spoiling everything.

I think you need to apologise for the confusion, there has been a muddle in communication to begin with, and then she couldn't get hold of you.
So she got stressed and yelled.
You were asking her a favour, so apologise, it's no one's fault and have a good Christmas.

If her only free time was Christmas Eve morning, she must be a very busy women. Does she work as well? What else has she got on her plate?

I rang her up and explained I was sure I had said nevermind but she swears I didn't, so I just said oh okay, yes works fulltime, apparently my Dsis was not very well so probably extra stress .

I was still annoyed at the hysterical tantrum screaming but kept it to myself because I assume she just got stressed out lol.
