I just am, and don't know why. It's his last day off, so last day to do anything as a family.

He will be gone about 5 hours. I feel peeved. Please can someone explain it to me

There's literally a whole stadium of people who think Yabu.

BitOfFunWithSanta · 24/12/2013 03:21

You really should get over it. NYD is a big football day, and it's churlish to obstructive about it.

BobaFettTheHalls · 24/12/2013 03:23

Yabu.

It's his time off, it's one afternoon after a week of constant family time, give him some breathing roon.

Could you take dd to the cinema or something 'mum & dd special trip'-esque?

Orangeanddemons · 24/12/2013 10:35

Yes, ok I am being U! Dd wants to go and see The Moshling Egg. I will do that as penance

And go for something nice to eat after! It'll be your special day!

There is loads to do on NYD that doesn't involve pointlessly hanging round shopping centres or sleeping off the swilled booze.

Last time I checked, outdoors was not closed.
