To think bronzer is out of date

I've noticed all the young trendies are getting paler and paler and I'm beginning to wonder about my penchant for bronzer. It is dated isn't it?

I've worn bronzer for years in place of blusher. Its now been ditched on the advice of a friend who is a make up artist and who advises me that blusher is the way to go.

I still use a brownish shade for contouring but blusher has made a massive difference. I am now paler all over but with healthier looking cheeks. I look far more up to date.

Noooo! Not letting go of bronzer.

I'm mixed-race but very yellow toned - a bit of bronzer brings me back to a sort of middle spectrum colour. Nobody has ever noticed I wear it!

But yes, blusher is apparently the way to go ... I've got some lovely, highly pigmented ones from Sleek. Great for darker skin tones.
