I would advise that you do not purchase anything from Brandalley. I placed an order beginning of September and was told after several weeks that I would be credited as the supplier could not provide the items. We are now in December and I am still waiting to be refunded for items I never received. I have spoken to customer advisor, sent numerous emails and still no further on. It is criminal that these companies can scam innocent people and not resolve the issue!!!

I was worried about this, but ordered this week and received it today. I think they got a new IT system and the older orders are buggered. Try via the Facebook page.

I've never had any problems with them. I have always received the goods or a refund in the stated time.

I will try and claim from my credit card but unsure if too much time has now lapsed as Brandalley kept making false promises that I would be refunded and this has gone on and on!
