I've seen that happen in Sainsburys before. Poor, harassed woman juggling a crying baby and a toddler and the woman in front of her in the queue helped her finish loading her shopping on the belt and then packed it all for her.

I offered to pack a woman's bags in the supermarket as she had a screaming newborn baby. She looked at me like I was mental! Cow!
