OK MN I need your help. I have a narc as a boss and need help to deal with her.
She is late 50's with a family and a total nightmare. She has variously stolen from my old boss by awarding herself and another director a payrise without telling the other 2 directors, crushed any request what so ever for any changes unless they were her idea, refused me a new printer and copier when mine stopped working as the company couldn't afford it, constantly questioned the whereabouts of her very loyal members of staff while taking weeks off because her donkey had died, allowed her sister lots of extra holiday and working half days because it suits her family set up. She crushes any fun in the office by her very presence.
If anyone questions her she starts crying or plays dumb.
I can't work with her much longer, but while I do any tips? Luckily I can be out of the office for a fair while each day but I have to be near her for a good few hours. I fear I may kill her unless MN can guide me!
