I avoided it for ages because I hate the fact they have penis heads and heard it was really annoying too. I finally watched an episode with dd and omg I think I love it more than she does. I love the way mummy pig and daddy pig aren't perfect and I actually find myself laughing at some of the episodes Hmm The one with the grandparents and the lorry of gnomes Grin And the ice puddle when peppa fell over muahhaha.

AIBU to like it more than dd seems to?

Is there a Mrs Wise Old Elf hidden away somewhere or is the way clear for Nanny Plum? I love that his son's are pirates!

Mr Fox is ace! Proper spiv with his plastic gold and lorry full of 'stuff'. I think I've seen every episode at least ten times. It's one of the only programmes that I don't mind sitting and watching with the dc.

Love Ben and Holly with the Boris-a-like mayor too. Nanny Plum and Cedric (the Wise Old Elf, yes I am that sad) have some serious chemistry. Grin

I can't believe anyone might think Pedro pony is neglected, he is the Norman price of peppa pig! We love peppa too, DS switches between it and fireman sam and peppa is much more fun to watch. We sing the Grampy Rabbit songs too, the sea the sky the sea the sky the sea the sky....

DS can recite his favourite episodes, which means he can also do things like recite the planets in order, thanks to Edmund elephant. When did real dinosaurs die out? 65 million years ago Mummy. We're Edmund fans.

Oink oink! That's why Peppa is such a clever programme, adults can watch it too and enjoy it.

We had a peppa pig day today and watched a load before dd went to bed. Favourite moments were the sat nav telling them to drive in the river, daddy pig trying to ride peppas bike to work because mr skinny legs was on his car and mummy pig being snotty to daddy pig because his ball spilled her drink all down her Grin

If Peppa is in the top 10 YouTube videos, doesn't that mean I'm NOT being unreasonable? Grin

DH, can't stand Peppa pig and all the "Silly daddy pig" stuff.
I have to agree TBH.

Ben and holly on the other hand, genius :)

I also love it and nickjr pepper is on our tv 75% of the day!

I find myself getting annoyed when an episode I've already watched comes on!!

But then I do think 'obviously they are repeating them, its got its own bloody channel!!'

Love it love it love it! Esp the Mr Fox and chickens bit Grin

I like spotting Peppa/BenHolly crossovers;
When they visit Pedro in hospital there's a Ben & Holly mural on the wall.
At King Thistle/Gaston's birthday party the band plays the song by The. Rocking Gazelles.
The fairy book Peppa gets out at the library is of Holly.

Also, check out the evolution poster in the museum... :)

I like the cross overs too, when the fairies are doing the tooth fairy thing at Lucy's house there is a Peppa Pig toy in the corner of the bedroom.

I've seen all those episodes and never noticed the crossovers before! Blush

OP, I can't decide if YABU or not.

DS loves Peppa Pig and I do find myself getting into it sometimes, but it's not the cartoon of choice that I immediately put on. It's one of those ones that only goes on if DS specifically asks! Peppa is a bit od a brat sometimes which makes me dislike it a bit!

I do however LOVE the episode where Peppa is learning to whistle. She calls up Suzie Sheep who can whistle. I just love the bit where the line goes dead and Suze is going, "Peppa?"

I have a new favourite episode. It's the one where the rabbit gets her medal and she keeps fainting with a CLUNK.

Wtf Mummy's and Daddy's car has the steering wheel o the right? It doesn't make sense when they go to Italy and everyone is on the other side of the road. If they were, than the steering wheel if the red car should've been on the left hand side!

And wtf is it with Muss Rabbit saying that the balloon cost $10. Dollars?! Angry

My ds2 loves peppa, just over 2. I'm currently tracking down stuff that isn't bright pink (to appease grumbling husband) for ds for Christmas.

Miss Rabbit and Nanny Plum are the same actors voice and the wise old elf and Grandpa Pig. I love it, my dd loves it, it beats flipping sponge bob my DS watches which is rubbish!

The Dino Roar episode is one of my favourites. The batteries run out within five minutes, Daddy Pig opens the back and about twenty batteries tumble out. "how many batteries does it take?".
Those little touches are fab and make it funny for the grown ups forced to watch it too. Grin

Everything is £5 "How much?"

I loved that battery bit! My mum was here at the time and I even said (like a saddo) DID YOU SEE THAT HAHAHA and skipped it back to show her Blush
