I haven't seen this research before, it's just something I know to be true.

Increased communication skills = more likelihood of better outcomes when dealing with NHS, schools, social services, police etc.

Does anything exist anywhere that proves this?

Not sure there is evidence.
But seems rather obviously true, non?
