To be raging at SIL?

SIL (1) is unwell. Regularly goes into hospital and stays for a few days then comes home. She is weak, and cant really recover before her next bout of illness.

SIL (2) or the-one-I-am-raging-about has just updated her FB status about SIL1 being in hospital - a general comment with a little but in about being at the hospital.

Noone has mentioned it to DH or I (we are a close family). When someone on FB commented about SIL1 being back in, SIL2 responded with "didnt like to mention it as SIL1 doesnt want to worry anyone"

Erm..... so dont fucking talk about it on FB then. I want but wont to comment along the lines of "how wonderful to find out important, private, family information on Facebook bitch"

Calm down, and contact SIL1 to find out what's up. Ignore sil2

Hide her on FB. Call your SIL1 in the hospital to see how she is.

Problem solved.

Right. Hidden on FB amd spoke to SIL1 and MIL.

Just so annoyed. If anythibg happened to DH and we put it on FB (not that we would) and didnt do the decent thing and notify them they would be angry.

Shame they cant extend us the same courtesy.

Its poor behaviour- I was recently in hospital and had to contact everyone individually to tell them because I suspected someone would put some hysterical shit on facebook. Yanbu
