Haha! I feel the same about my son's! He's got loads and it all goes together. I suppose we have to ask ourselves why we put the effort into theirs and not our own?

OohBridget · 04/12/2013 12:07

because they're clothes are cheaper? lol

YANBU. I want to wear a Bananaman t-shirt, cropped leggings, stripey ankle warmers as arm warmers, wellies and a jaunty yellow porkpie hat.

PoppadomPreach · 04/12/2013 12:09

I feel your pain. My kids are far better dressed than me

newestbridearound · 04/12/2013 12:09

I often walk round clothes shops and find myself wishing that some of the dresses for girls also came in adult sizes. Everything always seems more fun and pretty!

OohBridget · 04/12/2013 12:10

Thurl why is it they get away with such concoctions but I get s filthy look for nipping out in my comfies when I forgot to get petrol and needed to nip out at 9pm?

It's so unfair. I mean, I could really rock that porkpie hat.

Wonder what age it is it goes from being cute to weird?

SauceForTheGander · 04/12/2013 12:34

YANBU - my DD3 looks aces.

Mumraathenoisylion · 04/12/2013 12:36

The hot pink tutu would be first on my list!

SkinnybitchWannabe · 04/12/2013 12:40

Personally I'd stick with what I'd planned to cook.
Tough shit if bil doesn't like it.
I think Heinz beans are gross btw Xmas Wink

Smile I have 3 dds - 8,6 & almost 3. I can't decide which of their wardrobes I'm more jealous of! At the minute the youngest is wearing tights with Santa on them, a stripey top & a navy short sleeved dress Envy. I think her snow boots might edge it for me!

I feel your pain re pinafores. And I don't even want to discuss the onesies with the hoods & feet Wink
