To be excited over the Lakeland catalogue that has just been posted?!

Soon as I saw it I said an inner yes!

I want all the chocolate and all the alcohol. Boozy chocolate in bottle shapes that come in a wooden crate?! Who wouldn't want that?

There are spoons shapes like guitars and the ones made to look like drumsticks. Moustache biscuit cutter and a hat with built in earphones!

This is just the Christmas book. Did I mention I have a £5 voucher as well?!

So much shit I don't need but want in these books.

I am pleased and excited for you. I have heard lots of praise for Lakeland and we now have a branch shop just opened in a Mall near me. Should I go and stroke the things for you?

CuntyBunty · 27/11/2013 10:32

Oh, YANBU

SPsWouldCatFishNev · 27/11/2013 10:50

Yes please. Be gentle though Grin

I now want a spoon rest and cupboard steps. Sleeve protectors for washing up seem like a good investment.

I see the Lakeland catalogue as my bible and visiting the shop to me is like going to Mecca. I know it's sad but hey you have to have something to look forward to.

Squitten · 27/11/2013 11:41

Oh I love Lakeland catalogues!

I might have spent a bit too much on table decorations and napkins shaped like Santas... Blush

Gruntfuttock · 27/11/2013 11:47

There aren't any Lakeland stores near me, but thanks to this thread, I've just ordered their Christmas catalogue.

Tailtwister · 27/11/2013 13:21

Have you been to the one in Windermere? It's HUGE and has a cafe!

I love Lakeland, an affliction I caught from my MIL along with her obsessional collecting of cookery books.

John Lews still has to be my favourite shop overall though, but it's bakery supplies section could do with some work.

YANBU BTW.

flipflopper · 27/11/2013 14:01

ooh thanks, I will add the moustache biscuit cutters to my list! I am going soon to get ds the chocolate spiders and other useful things!

alemci · 27/11/2013 14:04

GhostsInSnow · 27/11/2013 14:35

Don't have a lakeland in these parts, but I've been having a nosey online. Does anyone really need a cover for their toaster?!
Shock

JohnSnowsTie · 27/11/2013 15:17

Lakeland is the answer to everything.

JuiceOrtiz Does anyone really need a cover for their toaster?!

The funny thing is, my mum has a cover for her toaster. That she made herself. At least ten years ago. And always uses.

Hmm
