Bloor Homes are still bodging "fixes" to the items on the 10 Day Occupation List... five months after we moved in! I've escalated to a Manager at the local office who put a supposed super contractor on the job to ensure no more bodges, yet I've arrived home today to yet more issues created by careless workmanship.
I've found that the Managing Director of Bloor North West (where we are) is called Steve Feneley and he's got a Linked In profile, however I haven't so if any of you kind "nest of vipers"
are on linked in and can get access to see his email account, I'd really appreciate it if you could get it for me.
If anyone wants to see any photos, I've enough to fill a gallery, and the accompanying story would probably win records for longest AIBU post!
Also, if anyone has had similar experiences with Bloor Homes - or any other developer - and has any helpful advice or shared tales of woe, it's be very welcome.
