Why advertise a job at "more than NMW" when it isnt? Why make people go through the faff of a job application when it is nothing more than using people?
I am very good at what I do in sales and I am confident in my abilities, but that doesnt mean that I will work a 70 hour week on the promise of bugger all. Give me a contract and a salary and I will bust my butt for you!
These jobs are advertised with the job centre on the basis that they tell the job centre that anyone who takes the job will make at least NMW with no proof!
AIBU to not "apply" for these jobs, despite being desperate for work?
