Fed up with all the relationships stuff on Scooby doo, can't they keep their issues out of their meddling? Surely the target audience isn't really too interested in boyfriend/girlfriend issues yet.

And changing their clothes once in a while would be great too.

They must reek!

Shaggy definitely does of wacky baccy

DorisShutt · 15/11/2013 17:16

I love Scooby Doo. Not sure about the "new" version with Professor Peracles though.

Can I add in that Velma should get contacts or skiing glasses now too?!

horcruxmanzini · 15/11/2013 17:19

What if they split? Would it be like Abba - increasingly bitter solutions to the mysteries? "It can't be the caretaker - what man would bother to do all that sabotage work to the fairground, when he could just guilt trip his girlfriend into wearing the rubber mask and haunting the Tunnel of Love?" "Tunnel of Love? Tunnel of wahwahwahwahwah, you ask me..."

etc.

Financeprincess · 15/11/2013 17:20

I thought Daphne was his beard?

mrspremise · 15/11/2013 17:24

This thread is making me Grin

ManifestoMT · 15/11/2013 17:27

My dh watch new scooby do and said
"When did Thelma stop being a lesbian" as she swooned over some one.

Arf

It really annoys my children all the smoochy stuff it annoys me as how wet daphne is and how a bunch of mates has turned into a couples dynamic.

Chippednailvarnish · 15/11/2013 17:27

OMG is Fred batting for the other team!?!?

ManifestoMT · 15/11/2013 17:29

Gosh I need an edit button

Apologises for the awful sentence structure, lack of punctuation and spelling mistakes.

Too many to detail

SmartiesMakeMeNaughty · 15/11/2013 17:31

It always pissed me off when they hastily suggested they should all split up to investigate.
I'm sure they always came back dishevelled and smelling of fingering.
Much like the colleagues in my old workplace who were always quick to 'help' each other with stuff.

HettiePetal · 15/11/2013 17:34

Even Scooby? Shock Shock

Grin
KissesBreakingWave · 15/11/2013 17:54

Especially scooby. There's a European-release adults-only version.

RenterNomad · 15/11/2013 18:13

Where is New Scooby showing?! I am stuck in Octonauts hell at the moment...

Chippednailvarnish · 15/11/2013 18:35

Smarties where the hell have you worked?!

SantanaLopez · 15/11/2013 18:37

Fred was gay for sure! Shock

steff13 · 15/11/2013 18:43

Oh my gosh, I LOVED the old Scobby Doo when I was little! The dentist had the new show on the little tv above the exam chair when I took my kids for their last checkups, and I couldn't believe all the relationship drama! So unnecessary.

3bunnies · 15/11/2013 19:01

renter it is boomerang hell - though they do have tom & jerry, mr bean, etc. too many adverts though.

OP posts:
Sunshineonsea · 15/11/2013 19:12

New scooby doo is also on cbbc just after in the night garden starts on cbeebies

There's a whole host of AIBU's from all the relationship dramas

Sunshineonsea · 15/11/2013 19:13

^^on both programmes Grin

RenterNomad · 15/11/2013 19:42

Ok, CBBC we could do (or I could - don't think DS is ready!). I'm curious now! Grin

Speaking of relationship drama, I've been transfixed by the interpersonal relationships of Tilly and Friends: Hector is a real "Ross" from the other "Friends": extremely needy and hung up on Tilly. Meanwhile, Pru is Rachel! Shock

Well, it's as much fun as one can have on CBeebies...
