I don't just think it's the glass ceiling that's the issue here. The other staff all seem to have a few things in common.

It's not just even that they're all women.

They are all white women aged between 22 - 27. They've even all (OK, mostly) got the same bloody hairstyle.

The women are very attractive looking, and young. Then there's the men at the top.

I wouldn't want to work for such a superficial company.

Certainly looks like unless you're female, slim, glossy hair and fairly attractive you wouldn't have a chance of getting a job.

Unless of course you're a middle aged bloke and then you'll be on the board in no time.

Well it says a hell of a lot about those four men, and who ever was unlock enough to have a relationship with them. Is it real?

but then I have to admit that I run a company which is entirly all men apart from me, which in some ways is worse, I do have a woman plumber and a woman decorator sub contractor, but other than that I boss a lot of men about. But not many women want to go into construction in this country.

Ha I worked for a solicitors like this in my twenties, 3 male employers, lots of twenty/early 30 something ladies and very few men. Changed quite rapidly when many of said ladies started having babies and they were faced with a lot of maternity leave. It became a lot more balanced after that

Also the pictures. They look extremely posed - even the blokes. As if they' eg all just had a makeover and are trying to looking like you might be considering them for a date.

I personally have a more optimistic view in that they do have women in managerial positions not just admin and support - in 5/10 years some of the women hopefully will be on the board.
