AIBU to heat up a pasta dish cooked on Monday?

Just that really, it was tea on Monday and I thought I would heat it to go with Bolognese.

It is pasta with a mushroom cream sauce, cooled quickly and refrigerated.

I'm just never sure with pasta and rice

Pasta should be fine, rice is not.

pasta is fine to reheat. rice is more iffy and is supposed to be cooled quickly and kept in the fridge and used within 24 hours.

Thanks both! Will get it in the pan Smile

Yes pasta no problem. Now what can I do with the pack of burgers that expired on the 11th? Fresh burgers not frozen.

Of course it will be fine if it has been in the fridge... just like the portions of pasta dishes that you see in the chilled sections of supermarkets and delicatessens.

As for the burgers, do the sniff test.. its only the 13th.. they are probably perfectly ok to eat.
