Dd has never had her name on the star for good work, she has only once been given a sticker, yet some other children get stickers every day. Dd told me that only naughty children get stickers. I feel this is really sad.
I know some children struggle with behaviour more than others and they targets to learn skills that come naturally to others. It would be a bit silly to give a naturally well behaved child a sticker for something that is really easy.
Surely dd has done something sticker worthy more than once in half term. I would like teachers to keep track of who they give stickers to so that quiet well behaved children don't get left out.
